Usage Instructions
The Solid Color Polyurea Coating can be used with epoxy primers or as a single coat in certain applications. Before application, ensure proper surface preparation and follow these instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is solid, dry, and free of dust, oil, and water. Repair cracks and defects, and round off sharp corners.

2. Mixing: Stir the paint thoroughly before use to avoid settling. Mix the main agent and curing agent according to the product's specified ratio.

3. Application Techniques:

o Flat Surfaces: Can be applied in one coat; adjust thickness as needed.

o Vertical Surfaces: Apply a thin first coat to prevent drips, then after about 5 minutes, apply a thicker coat.

o Multiple Coats: For a second layer, apply 3-5 hours after the first, ensuring the first is not sticky but still uncured. Avoid walking on uncured layers.

4. Recommended Coverage: 0.1kg/㎡-0.3kg/㎡ for thickness between 0.08mm and 0.25mm.

Packaging and Storage

· Packaging: Liquid bags and plastic barrels to prevent contamination and damage.

· Storage Requirements: Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dry place, avoiding sunlight and rain. Ensure barrels are sealed to prevent moisture absorption and contamination. Shelf life under normal conditions is 12 months.

· Transport Requirements: Avoid exposure to sunlight, rain, and severe impacts during transport. No smoking or open flames; handle safely.

Precautions

· Use Quickly: Mixed paint should be used within 30 minutes to prevent material failure.

· Tool Cleaning: Clean tools and containers promptly with solvent or cleaning agents to prevent material curing on them.

· Settling: Settling in the paint is normal; stir thoroughly before use.

· Environmental Conditions: Apply in temperatures above 5℃ and avoid humid conditions over 75% to ensure curing effectiveness.
